Is anything made to order?

No. Everything is made each morning in our kitchen, sealed, and chilled. The fridge is the menu: if a drink is in there, it is ready.

What is an add-on?

Add-ons are sealed extras you collect from the station and pour into your cup: tapioca pearls, jelly, cheese foam, an extra espresso shot, and syrups. Each drink lists the add-ons that suit it, and the builder on this page totals the fare as you tap.

Can I order on this site?

This site has no cart and no checkout on purpose. Order ahead in the Jet app, or walk in and pull a drink from the fridge.

How do I know what is in my drink?

Every drink is sealed and chilled, and every ingredient and allergen is printed on the label and listed on each drink page. If you have a severe allergy, check the label before you open it.
