Privacy policy

Jet collects the information you give us in the app and on this site, such as your email address and the city you name when you join the waitlist, and uses it only to run the service and to tell you when we open near you.

This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The country you are visiting from is used to show prices in your market; it is stored only if you join the waitlist, alongside your email, so we know where the list is longest. If you came from one of our ads, the campaign tags in its link (such as utm_source, or the ad platform's click id) and the name of the site that sent you are stored with your waitlist signup or Jet setter application, so we know which ads work.

You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time by writing to the address in the footer.

If you apply to become a Jet setter, we keep what the application asks for: your name, mobile number, email address, home address, gender, where your income comes from and which monthly income band you are in (which can be no income), the country you apply in and the language you choose, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, your consent, and the video of up to 60 seconds you record or upload. We never ask your age or your date of birth. The application is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and the video in Cloudflare R2, both in Jet's own Cloudflare account and neither public. Only the Jet team sees them, to review your application.
